I wanted to have a calm workout, that is nice for a &#171;slow&#187; day, before bed or to wake up the body. OR on super hot summer days (hi August, you feel like a sauna).<\/p>\n<p>The first couple of minutes are very sixpack-focused, afterwards we work on overall core strength and in the end we calm down with stretching \u2665\ufe0e<\/p>\n<p>PS: 36\u00b0C while we were filming. I was sweating soooo much haha.<br \/>\n\u25b8 I burned 50kcal in those 10min.
