FeetUp® Yoga Workout | Push-Up Variations

In this Yoga workout we introduce a fitness-dedicated workout with the FeetUp® Trainer, containing four different Push-Up variations. This workout is a great way for you to strengthen your upper body, by putting your arms, chest and core muscles at work.

Are you up for a challenge? Then try to do the workout with only very shorts breaks between the sets!

1 x 10 Knee Push-Ups
2 x 10 Push-Ups — one leg in front
1 x 10 Push-Ups — legs wide
1 x 10 Normal Push-Ups
5 Breaths Rest in Down Dog
5 Breaths FeetUp® Inversion
